The listed prices are subject to change at any time, especially in the event of an unanticipated event like an increase in the cost of hotel stays or airline tickets.

2. Payment methods
Almost all prominent credit cards are accepted by us, including Diners, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. To finalize the transaction, guests are required to furnish their credit card details and make the whole payment via credit card. This, in turn, will be shown as a charge on your statement.

3. Confirmation of Payment
Our travel consultants will email you a confirmation note as soon as the payment is completed. To redeem your tour package, you can show the service provider the print of it as proof of payment. However, ensure that, when making your reservation, you have given accurate information about your travel requirements.

4. Cancellation & No Show Policy

4.1 Cancellation

·         Every Tour Activity/Attraction has its cancellation policies, before booking any activity with Deep Sea Adventures the client has to read the cancellation policy of that particular tour.

·         Combo tours are refundable, however, if a person cancels any of the individual tours in the combo, they won't be able to take advantage of the combo deal. In this scenario, Deep Sea Adventures will take into account the individual tour price of the non-canceled trip and refund the remaining amount.

·         Make sure all combo tour options are available before making a reservation. If not, your options would be limited to the trips and services that you have seen.

4.2 No Show

 There are no partial or complete refunds available if you are unable to attend the tour. The same terms and conditions apply to any unused tickets, sightseeing excursions, rented cars, and chauffeured services. Likewise, tours that have been confirmed cannot be rescheduled.

5. Cancellation Procedures
We advise you to thoroughly review the cancellation policies that apply to your travel package before making any changes. Make sure to give written notice to Deep Sea Adventures if you need to cancel all or any portion of your reservation. When we receive your request for a cancellation, we will notify you by phone or email with the details of the cancellation of your booking and the amount that has to be paid. If we haven't heard from you or haven't verified the cancellation, Deep Sea Adventures cannot be held accountable.

6. Itinerary Amendments
The services and routings included in your package could change depending on several factors, including weather, airway scheduling, and local conditions. Should this transpire, we can provide suitable options of similar value, however depending on its availability. At most, we announce changes in itinerary, if any, before departure. Please note Deep Sea Adventures reserves the complete right to implement minor amendments in the itinerary at any time without reimbursement. Furthermore, in the event of a very significant incident—such as an earthquake or flood—no refund will be granted.

7. Travel Insurance

Deep Sea Adventures disclaims any liability for losses resulting from illness, accident, injury, loss of personal belongings, or even trip cancellation. It is recommended that those traveling obtain a travel insurance policy to handle unforeseen events.

8. Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of every guest to ensure that he or she carries documents relevant to a particular tour, including a passport or a valid ID card. This is particularly crucial for guests arriving from overseas. If these important documents are lost or are not present, there will be no return. In a similar vein, travelers of all nationalities are recommended to inquire about entrance requirements with the consulate of their own country before making travel plans to this location. It is equally important to check the current visa and health criteria with your consulate, as they are subject to change at any time.
